Privacy Policy

This policy covers the evenzaevents.com website only. If you use the Evenza app (evenzaapp.com) or have an account there, see the app privacy policy.

Data we collect

• Customer and vendor forms: when you complete the customer form or the vendor application form we collect your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, and optionally email, social links, and details about your business or event.
• Contact form: when you message us from the contact page we collect your name, email and/or phone number, the enquiry type, and your message.
• Analytics and advertising data: with your consent, measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and, when enabled, TikTok and Pinterest) use cookies and collect device identifiers, pages viewed, and traffic source. Without your consent, only Google's measurement tag runs, and without cookies (see “Consent & control” below).
• Server-side ad measurement (Meta, only with your consent): once you accept cookies, the same Meta Pixel events (page view, form submission, vendor application) are also sent from our server to Meta (Meta Conversions API) so measurement is more accurate. That event includes your IP address, browser user agent, the Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc) or the ad click ID if you arrived from an ad, the page URL, and general event details. It does not include your name, phone number or email.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, the servers that deliver it (ours and our hosting provider's) receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is needed to run the site and keep it secure.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your requests and messages and connect you with suitable vendors.
• To review vendor applications and contact the businesses that apply.
• To run the site and keep it secure.
• To improve the site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising (with your consent).

How we handle vendor applications

Vendor applications are recorded with the form service provider we use and reviewed by the Evenza team. If we decide to invite your business, the team may enter your business details (name, contact person, mobile, email, category, governorate/area, and where the application came from) into Evenza's systems to prepare an invitation to the app. This is done by the team, not automatically.

Submitting a form does not mean you have accepted the Vendor Agreement and does not reserve a founding-vendor place. The agreement is accepted inside the app after you register (Vendor terms), and founding places count in order of approval. Submitting a form also does not mean you have agreed to receive marketing messages.

Who receives the data

We share data with these kinds of recipients:

• service providers that host and deliver the site and process form submissions on our behalf;
• the Evenza team that handles contact-page messages and reviews applications;
• analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta and, when enabled, TikTok and Pinterest), only as described above;
• public authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Egypt, so your data may be transferred outside Egypt. You can ask us for the current list of our service providers at support@evenzaevents.com.

Consent & control

Analytics and advertising tools set no tracking cookies until you opt in via the consent banner. Before you opt in, Google's measurement tag runs in a consent-aware, cookieless mode (Google may receive limited signals without cookies), and the advertising pixels and our server-side event sending to Meta are not activated. You may decline, in which case the site runs without tracking cookies. You can change your choice by clearing your browser cookies/storage.
